Advice regarding Lenso BSX rims

Post by GTIPOWER »

Hi guys.

I am thinking of putting lenso BSX rims on my g3.

i was wondering if anyone could chop it on to a white mk3

also would anyone be able to advice the best stance look for it in terms of what tyres to use and what suspension to go with and what drop limit to use.

they 15s so i want the best look i can get .
http://www.autostyle.co.za/prodview.php ... dstr=&str=

heres a link to the rim i cant post pics dont have access to photobucket from work.

thanks in advance.

as far as i remember the lenso BSX 15" ers are 6.5j width, the 195 tyres, be it 50 or 45 profile will look like balloons on the rims unfortunately...a if you multiply the 6.5j rim by the inch multiple, you get 165, so that would be a perfect fit on that rim, any bigger and yo will have a balloon effect, naturally making your tyre look like a massive profile...not cool for looks...

i had 195's on a 7j rim:

now with 165's on a 7j rim:

can you spot the difference?

so be careful what you buy

Lenso BSX 15" = 7j
Lenso BSX 16" = 7.5j

Either size will look sweet on a MK3 with a suitable drop added to the mix.
