Hi

I stripped the throttle off my mk2 gti 8v and noticed that there is a plug that is linked to a tps of sorts. What I found was that the unit is missing the pin which gets pushed in when the throttle is closed. What does that do? I will try post a pic later.

On the 8v it was used for full throttle inrichment.
So when throttle is full open it would inject etra fuel via the 5th injector [cold start injector].
On the 16v it had 2x switchs one for idle and for full throttle same as the digi one and digi 2 setup.

Thanks Morne, so I would definitely need to get that sorted.

I have another throttle on an audi intake, I will have to see if it has that sensor or I will steal my bro's 16v one as he is using dicktator and doesnt use it.
