ADY - Oil light

Post by WyCo »

The Caddy's oil light has been start flashing last week. I am checking the oil every day and it is on mark with no loss of oil. I replaced the top oil censor, i have cranked the engine and spitting oil. The engine is running strong with no issues with no power loss.

Is there something i over looked?

Thanks

Measure with a gauge.

might just be gunk in the pickup, pulling the sump for inspection isnt too much graft
new oil pump is like R700

There is a sender on the oil filter housing as well, I normally change both just to be sure...

Censor is the oke that stops you from looking at titties
Sensor is the thing that tells your instument what to measure.
