Went. I think I went expecting to see something nice/different but came away disappointed. Looks like the entire sa car modding scene now comprises of drop to the floor, stretch tyre. Done, rinse and repeat.
There was almost not a single nice different car. The classics were nice too but almost all displayed with closed bonnets. Don't guys do nice motors anymore or too shy to show what is in there. Although there was a lot of cars i simply somehow just did not feel a single 'WOW' come up at all.
I literally did not take a single picture.

I don't really enjoy any of the local car shows anymore besides the likes of Angelas Picnic and the monthly Piston Ring meets.

There are always good cars at Pretoria Cars In The Park too. But it is hecticly busy, so you have to be there before 6am and leave after 4pm. It is a very long day! Regularly at PistonRing, and it is a lot of the same... But always nice to see friends and chat there. Missed Sunday because of the outlaws having a get together and don't want to be the black sheep that doesn't show and let's my wife take all the nonsense they can dish out.

Only reason I leave my bonnet closed is due to open carbs. Don't want someone's little monster dropping stuff in there. Usually leave it open when I am standing right there. I think this has sort of become the norm though.
