Decided to post some updates.

The car has been stripped down completely to the bone to build a Citi Golf that I always wanted and is built to my style and standard. Not for Speed but Looks is my main goal

This exercise has been extremely stressful and has taken its toll on me. This project was all done in my yard and trying to balance the family / work / sound comps on weekends and still trying to get the project completed.

Im a sound guy and engines is not my thing at all. Calling / googling / asking / not sleeping / and finally with the help of Velofox things finally got going

Standard 1.6i was taken out and ABF in

Here is some pics of early in the year and will update

During the plating process numerous rubbers / seals etc were damaged so again I had to try and source rubbers etc without purchasing the complete units..

H / O Alternator was stripped and sent in for polishing..
