rythmic ticking from rear speakers mk5 gti

Post by araf69 »

started this weekend. stock HU rcd 310 with stock speakers. when I put mute, this ticking is annoying and discovered it comes from the rear speakers. Things to check?

loose connection of speakers busted? replacements and where to get from?

how easy to remove door card to get to the speaker itself

Hi Afra69

I am new to the Forum. I stumbled upon your post while browsing. I've got some experience in electronics.

Just to make sure - that ticking sound, did it increase when speeding up?
