My MK4 GTI .:R - *Update*

Hi guys, quick update.

Tint done 3 months ago, really happy with the results, thanks Zaa :)

Calipers sprayed Red, not done with them yet, still need get them to a gloss finish and do the rears. Thanks EazyVee :)

Installed the Sony XAV-W1 last month, really awesome deck. Its not fitted flush yet, still need to remove the side panels but too lazy. Thanks to SHAUN for organizing the DD fascia :)

Went to Steve for some Koni's, really happy with the ride now :D

Not as low as i imagined but ok for 35mm i suppose.

That's the wheel I would fit. Will look OEM yet different. You will have to change the PCD to 5100 though and get 15mm H&R spacers. Those wheels are 50 offset!

I'm starting to feel that I should start aiming to own a .:R. The more I see the MKIV GTIR, the more I like it 8) It's so awesome!!!

Nope :cry: replacing 17" OZ rims with those, OK they are 18's and all, but seriously OZ rims for the win......

Gonna also fit my Bilsteins and Weitec lowering kit soon ..... 8)

Its more for the look i suppose, bit difficult sourcing the originals, affordability is another thing :oops:

I think Reps are OK as long as they not passed off as originals.

I will keep the OEM 17's though.
