My Daihatshoebox

Postby MarshallGTi » Wed Oct 30, 2013 2:17 pm

So here is my new ride. 2006 Daihatsu Sirion 1.3 Sport.
Quite an upgrade from a temperamental old Beetle, and needless to say i'm quite chuffed. It has all the bells and whistles like AC, electric windows, power steering and kak, and nice things like a million cup holders.

For now its staying stock, but i would like to get hold of some plastidip and laminx and make a few cosmetic changes, and upgrade the sound a bit. not much can be done performance wise cos its just a little 1.3, but its quicker than a carb 1.6 Citi :troll:
i'd like to get rid of the cat and change the induction somehow. its a DVVT 16v Toyota motor so its not too bad.

(cant c pics) - is this the twincam? These cars are nippy, but with the auto takes awhile for it to kick in.

IIRC has the yaris motor with upgraded management.
